We intend to establish and implement an ethics charter to faithfully carry out our duties and responsibilities by strengthening corporate ethics.

Based on high ethical values, we take the lead in preventing conflicts of interest and creating a transparent organizational climate by performing our duties fairly and with integrity without being influenced by private interests.

Prohibition on using internal information

Executives and employees do not trade stocks, etc. using internal information acquired in the course of work.
Executives and employees shall not provide undisclosed important information that may affect stock prices to third parties, contrary to legal procedures.

Protection of company property and important information

Executives and employees must protect the company’s physical property, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets, and do not use the company’s property or trade secrets for personal purposes.
Executives and employees do not use their positions to pursue personal gain or engage in unfair trading practices using non-public information obtained from the company.
Executives and employees do not leak important information that may affect the company's profits to the outside world.

Prevention of sexual harassment

Executives and employees shall not use language or behavior that undermines healthy co-worker relationships, including physical, verbal, and visual language or behavior that is recognized as causing sexual humiliation.
